Policies
- One mature pet is welcome, however, bring its bed along: No couch
potatoes or barkers, please! Pets must be kept on a leash.
- A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required within ten days of
making your reservation.
- Please make your check payable to JUSTINE S. KIRKWOOD with the
balance due 10 days prior to your arrival.
- A security deposit of $200. per week must be included with your
deposit. This fee will be mailed two days after your departure upon inspection
of houses.
- Deposits will be refunded on cancellations made 30 days in
advance.
- Only the number of people to equal number of beds permitted. (Guest
House - 2 people: Beach House- 4 people) with a $100. per night charge for each
additional person over the specified number.
- In the event of more people than authorized, deposit will be
forfeited and occupancy denied at owner's option.
